"Aikang Basic Law" is the "constitution" of our Aikang Group, a fundamental charter, a guidance document for preparation of strategy, system and procedures, and common principles and codes of conduct of Aikang people." On the afternoon of August 10, 2019, there was no empty seats in the function hall of Huangshi Aikang Hospital, and the Aikang Basic Law integrating the efforts of all the Aikang family and taking one year to be prepared is issued officially.

On the ceremony of the press conference, Zhai Mian, Head of Project Group of Aikang Basic Law, Senior Deputy Director of the Group, introduces the birth progress of Aikang Basic Law. During one year, the Aikang Basic Law has been revised for more than 50 times, 5 rounds of discussions by all Aikang family and 5 rounds of kcs online discussions. During the process, Aikang family actively engages in discussions and revisions, and provides many valuable suggestions and modification opinions, which are finally integrated in the official version in your hand. "This "constitution" of Aikang which has been modified for many times is full of efforts of all family of Aikang, and integrates the essence of entrepreneurship and management experience of the Chairman for more than 20 years."  

 

Chairman Wang Dong deeply explains the Aikang Basic Law 

 

On the Teach-in followed, Chairman Wang Dong deeply explained the "Struggler-based" management outline to the Aikang family attending the teach-in. He said frankly that for more than ten years, Aikang's mission and goal are very clear and firm, however, during the development, some family still doubt, hesitate and hover. In Aikang, how should we fight the war? How should we treat things? How should we say the words? Who's in charge of Aikang on earth? The instruction changes even from today to tomorrow, which one should we listen to? There are so many systems in Aikang, and how can rapidly learn about their essence? How can we be deemed as do things from our heart? All these questions can be answered by the Aikang Basic Law! 

 

Onsite discussion 

 

During the teach-in and discussion for one and a half days, Chairman Wang Dong has organized the family on the teach-in to discuss the concept and important clauses of Aikang Basic Law, and explained important chapters for everyone by himself.

 

The Chairman emphasized that the core thought of Aikang Basic Law is "altruism", and meanwhile it is prepared for strugglers, with patient-first as the final goal. Understanding these one center and two foundational points means understanding the essence of the Aikang Basic Law. Aikang Basic Law is customized for each Aikang person who struggles for their dreams. We wish that the Aikang Basic Law will effectively unify the thoughts and action of Aikang people, and we can struggle for the mission of Aikang together!
